On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"We just had our roof replaced by Global Roofing. It was amazing to work with Andrea and Freddy. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience! We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. Global Roofing had the best recommendations (one of the reasons we chose them), and after working with them we know why! Communication was amazing, if there were any delays due to ordering supplies like the skylights we were immediately informed, and the final scheduling for the project was also easy. I was at work all day while they were actually doing the roof, and other than the new beautiful roof on my house I was not able to tell that any contractors were at my house all!!! "I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Great job. I thought I needed to replace my deck--the wood looked moldy and pitted. But, after Nathan finished, it looked fantastic. A coat of stain should be all I need now. Before washing the roof, Nathan took photos of it and alerted me to potential issues I might see in a few years--he's not selling roofing replacement so this was strictly a friendly heads up. I hired A1 because they perform low power roof washing, which avoids any potential damage to the tiles. I would recommend A1 without any hesitation."

"Richard and his workers were fantastic. We had our roof stripped and re-shingled, new basement windows installed and house vinyl sided. They were an outstanding value ( I paid much less than I expected to) and the work was done quickly. I am thrilled with the way that the project turned out and will be hiring him to do additional work for me. The materials used were top notch and a great value. "I first met Rick during the 2017 March blizzard. It couldn't stop him, even with no one else on the roads, from coming to my house and giving me an amazing consultation on doing all the interior painting in my 1910 house filled with horsehair plaster and mystery holes (a total of 9 rooms: living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath, stairwell/upper hall, guest bedroom, study, main bath & master bedroom). He said that because of the nature of the walls, they wouldn't be "mirror" smooth, and I was totally okay with that. When I was ready to commit, he had a clear and concise contract which covered everything: prepping, using 2-3 coats of compound to repair walls & holes, primer, 2 coats of base primer, 2 coats of color, and 2 coats of ceiling paint. Well, during the process, he went above and beyond. To pick out colors, I went to his color consultant, Katie, and we developed a harmonious color palate for the entire house. During the entire project, he used his care, perfectionism, and professionalism to create practically mirror smooth walls. They're so beautiful I almost don't want to put up any pictures! They are their own work of art. And Rick would find areas he wanted to clean up that I didn't even know could look even better: he has an artist's eye. His entire crew was absolutely fantastic, and Rick definitely ensures that everything is up to his exacting standards. His nephew is just as precise and is developing his technique under Rick's tutelage. I also asked if Rick could help me with a few side projects, such as hanging up new blinds. Again, outside the scope, but he was willing to help, and I was more than willing to pay for the service. If you have a "handyman" question, Rick can help give advice and has a network of professionals who will make it happen. Overall, I could not be happier. It was such a joy to work with Rick and his team. His knowledge is incomparable, and he is a true artist & craftsman. Rick is completely dedicated to doing the absolute best, and his product reflects it. You want quality, you pay for quality, and I received QUALITY. Every penny I spent was a good investment. I will be going back to Rick in a heartbeat if I ever have another painting project!"
