"They were okay, but they eventually were too expensive for me. The first round where they treated inside, outside the house, and around the garage was alright, but when I needed them to come this year to treat an outbuilding that we had trouble with carpenter bees, they wanted too much money for that. They were treating it separately than the ants they were treating in the house. I had renewed the contract, and they came back and treated the ants again. I'm not sure their treatment was that effective. When they first came, they were engaging in some scare tactics, and I don't like that. They were okay. My husband and I were watching their commercial on TV, and it was misleading. They talked about yellow jackets eating wood, and they don't eat wood."

Given the amount of damage, and therefore the number of moles involved, he suggested that I take the full Summer program at a set rate. I agreed, and he laid a great number of traps on the first day, and returned, as promised, in one week to assess the results. To my delight, he had captured a large number of moles. <br /> He suggested that I call him when, I noticed additional activity. When I did, I emailed him - and he always responded immediately, and usually came the next day to set additional traps - each time adding more moles to the total. Finally after numerous trips, my mole problem is no more! <br /> We found Nick to be professional, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and always very pleasant. "I found them on Angie's List. They are a local company. They are not a franchise as I have determined. They are a small company. They came in, and I told them the areas in the house that are affected by ants. The guy baited in the areas I indicated on the inside. They sprayed on the outside, and sprayed around the perimeter of the garage. They also sprayed for the carpenter bees for the outbuilding. When I see a few more ants next year, I will be calling them. Once they treated those areas, I saw no problems."
