Don was so so helpful, excellent and quick service, no high pressure sales, fair pricing, an absolute pleasure to work with!! Connected with Don through Angi after a basement flood and wet carpet. He was the first to reply, and made it out early the next morning. Don set up a few high powered dehumidifiers while I figured out insurance issues, even though I hadn’t committed to using his services yet. He was able to come back out later that afternoon. He quoted me on flood cut, carpet removal and dry out. While it seemed a very fair price I ended up doing carpet removal myself to save some $ due to low insurance max, asked Don to do the flood cut which he and another of his guys did an excellent job with and at a very reasonable and upfront price. He even left the dehumidifiers overnight at no extra charge and over a few days ended up making a few additional trips and really went above and beyond just to make sure I was good. Don is a small business owner who genuinely cares about his customers and helping them in those difficult emergency situations. he’s an old school “customer service guy” that believes good work at fair prices and happy customers like me are good business. When you’re in a vulnerable spot and don’t have time or flexibility working with someone you can trust to be fair and helpful is just priceless. "Where do I begin? This past summer when our HVAC system malfunctioned causing damage to our home Resto Wizards was there to save the day. From the office to the labor every step was an absolute pleasure. After they cleaned up and ensured we were mold free our first thought was lets call our regular GC. We were not pressured in any way by Resto about our construction they simply said if you need us we are here. After 3 weeks of being stood up we reached back out to Andrew. Most teams lose wind in the second half...not these guys. Our construction team blew our minds with how respectful, caring, and clean they worked. "Awful, first appt serviceman arrived with no ladder, even though I clearly described the job as venting from the 2nd floor and a ladder would be needed, rescheduled for next day, OK. Next day serviceman arrives does the job and leaves, we think everything is OK. A couple days later, my wife does a couple loads of laundry and the laundry room feels like a sauna, apparently a leak in the vent. Called, had to wait a week for an appt, service man came and taped the duct extensively. Next day the dryer is taking a long time to dry, Signal on the dryer indicated an air flow problem. Call again and had to wait another week for an appt. The next appt was yesterday 10/23 I missed the call from the serviceman, but when I called today was told that he was here at my house. I had 5 people at the house, myself , wife, son, grandson, and mother in law. Garage was open all day, and the front door was ajar. No one heard anything, knock or doorbell. Totally frustrated called again and all they said that he was there. I will call for service from another company, I want a full refund and will call the Better Business Bureau to complain about the level of service I received."
