Their roofing crew arrived right on time this morning. These men were so well-mannered, very professional, courteous while they delivered expert service in a confounding rain leak on our roof; the latter which was installed, three years ago, by a different roofing company.

Barrett and I met two days prior to the install. In between the time Barrett and I met, I contacted him and asked if his roofing crew could install the three skylights. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"Dean was very reponsive prior to installation.  Install went very well and I am happy with installation, crew worked very quickly and were able to complete in one day.  Received a 5 year warrenty on workmanship.
My problem with this installation was getting the warranty on the shingles.  Shingles were to have a lifetime warranty and after job was done I received no warranty on the shingles or no proof of purchase.  Receipt said New Roof and nothing about the brand of shingles that were installed so I was concerned about how I could claim against the warranty if I had no proof of purchase or anything verifying what shingles were installed.  I attempted to contact Dean numberous times by phone and email after the installation but he never responded.  I was able to figure out how to register for the warranty on line with the shingle manufacturer, but I am still concerned that I really don't have any proof of purchase for the shingles.

"Seems unorganized. It took too long to get them to do the job. We had to keep reminding the owner what job and what location we were working with in order to get an estimate. He only provided 2 samples and in order to see other samples, we had to drive several miles to the supplier's location instead of him providing them. We made the down payment on July 27 through Angie's list and work was started on Oct 21. Communication required that we reach out to them instead of them reaching out to the customer. I don't think the owner goes to the job site much, maybe this job was too small for him and he was relying on his workers to do it right, but we had to tell the workers that weed film was supposed to be installed underneath the deck. The actual work, when finally completed is good and he modified our overall cost."
