"Where to begin....the short review: My husband and I highly recommend Alamo Exteriors! They do exceptional work and their entire team is very easy to work with and very professional. <br /> The details: We spent a lot of time trying to analyze whether to put money into our existing home or sell it and start fresh and buy a newer home. We finally decided to remodel our home. We received about 4 or 5 quotes from various siding companies. They all had their stories to tell about what they could do for us and what it would cost. We decided to go with <strong>Mark Belto and Alamo Exteriors</strong>. Mark explained, in great detail, the process by which they would install the new windows, siding, and our new screened-in patio. He wasn't the least expensive, but he wasn't the most either. Mark was always very polite, informative, and always accessible. He even gave us his cell number and would stay in touch with us, even over holiday weekends. He came by the house regularly to check on the progress and would call us to keep us informed of the progress. He has a keen eye for detail and always made sure our requests were dealt with, and always with a sense of urgency. In addition, all of his workers that we met were extremely polite, responsive, and easy to talk to. I was impressed by the way Mark talked to his workers as well. They all love him. He never talked down to them, but spoke with each of them as an equal when explaining what he wanted from them. They are a great team! It seemed that even with our minds made up before they began, my husband and I kept throwing little changes at them. They handled every request with grace and were very accommodating. I've always heard that remodeling jobs take their toll on couples but I have to say that this was the best experience I've ever had. They handled our home as if it were their own. They did a magnificent job! I would recommend them to anyone and I would <br /> use them over and over again! I can honestly say that we did not have one single “encounter” during the entire makeover. They are THE BEST! As I sit out on my new screened-in patio with my cup of coffee on Saturday mornings, I am sure that I will have a smile on my face thinking of this wonderful crew and what they have done for me and my husband. "I called Brent based on good Angie's reviews, and a neighbor's recommendation who previously contracted with him.  He came to the house to meet my insurance adjuster, and me, on a Sunday.  He worked with the adjuster and they agreed on the scope and price.  My only payment was my deductible.  His crew arrived when scheduled, worked 2 days and cleaned up the yard afterward.  I paid him whenever I received an insurance check.  It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend him to anyone.  I definitely would use him again, but probably won't need to. :)"

"From the first call -- before we were even clear on what was needed or would be required -- we were met with quick, thorough responses. Cheyenne and Gerald were at our house within 24 hrs of our call to address our concerns, assess work, offer options within our budget and deliver an accurate estimate -- communicating clearly then and in the following weeks. We phoned five companies: two responded to our calls but never showed up, one showed up and texted a one-line quote via iPhone, another showed up and provided a scaled-down quote noting that different facets of the job would be contracted out. Then, there was Precision -- offering a thoughtful, detailed quote in print and reviewing it with us in person. Excellent online reviews helped, but we even took Cheyenne up on his offer to come by and look at their work on a large job already in progress near Brookshire. Impressive work. Our project was multifaceted: the removal of most wood trim on our all-brick home, including all soffits, and replacement with SmartSide and HardiePlank, where most appropriate; the painting of those surfaces; as well as hand-sanding and painting of all porch ceilings; and, a brand new roof. Crews worked tirelessly in unbelievable heat. All done neatly and mannerly. Supervision by either Cheyenne, Gerald and/or Sergio was constant, with Cheyenne and Gerald working alongside Sergio and the work crew at times. Everything that could be done was done to satisfy the customer -- us! At one point, one of the workers turned on a radio -- loudly -- and was quickly told to turn it down and move it well out of range of anyone who might be in the house. The worker, just as quickly, complied. During the job, there were a couple of unexpected problems. They were met with a decisive call and settled nicely with little delay or involvement on our part (i.e., trim was delivered in black but should have been white; and, within the hour, the preferred white trim arrived, and a painter ran out of one color, requiring that someone make an equally fast trip to get more). Any necessary changes were discussed prior to a decision being made. We were notified of all arrival dates / times, the need for any delay, the reason for the delay and the adjusted date / time. The crews cleaned up each day and cleared sawdust with a leaf blower before leaving the house. There were at least two complete “sweeps” for nails or loose metal fragments. The front and back area was pressure washed, as well, adding to the finished look. We are completely pleased with the service we received from Precision and offer our wholehearted recommendation."
