"I had Gutter Helmet installed a few years ago by a previous franchise owner.  The Helmet was not installed properly, it caused damage and when they came to fix it they left dents in the Helmet.  I went to the Home Show this year and spoke with Kevin.  He came out to the house - and since I was getting a new roof - the Helmet had to be removed.  Kevin indicated that the damaged areas would be replaced when the Helmet was re-installed.
