"Sort of stuck with this company because I got on their frequent flyer program for auto withdrawal of $190 a year. ALL I ASK FOR IS TO MY SHOWER TO BE FIXED, so it works, and doesn't leak for close to the original price given, $400 ------ not hundreds and hundreds of dollars more for additional things all around the house I can't afford right now, and don't need right now, after any "I cannot touch faucet or turn valve" forty-five minute "safety check" . I Just asked for a different plumber than the last one and a price quote. - Someone called me seven days later and left a message they would call back within 24 hours. - still waiting today past that time, - left her my cellular number too. "Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"Could not have asked for better service. What started out as what we thought was a simple clogged drain turned into a totally grease slug packed line that took all day. We thought the bill was very reasonable for the amount of hours they were here. The gentleman was prompt & friendly. Already recommended them to a friend & will definitely use them again for any plumbing need we have!"

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"We made some changes during the remodeling and there were no problems in making them. The work was done by one man, Vincent. Here was there every day on time and left the premises clean each night.

"Sam did a great job on the basement, it looks fantastic. He has good attention to detail and is very responsive via text message. Sam came up with a plan that we approved but then once the demolition was complete, we had to change the plan to replace the sewer pipes. There were also low-hanging steel beams and lots of vents that made the basement remodel a challenge. 
Sam used subcontractors for some of the work but he would come and inspect periodically to see how they were doing. The City inspectors were also a challenge to work with and Sam had to stay on them to get them to come and actually do the inspections, but it finally all got done in the end. 
While the project was expensive, (especially with the unforeseen plumbing issues) I think we got a great value for our money. Sam is a nice guy and is easy to work with as new things are discovered and have to be accommodated during a remodeling project.

"We paid a lot bu they were amazing, just outstanding. We had one small problem and they were back immediately and fixed, and they came out again actually to make sure it was good. We were gone and they waited for us to get home to looked at it and check it. It was pricy. You can get back to the and you can find them. We thought it was worth it."
