"It went very well with no problems. They had to delay because of weather, but they called to inform me that they could not come out. They clean up well afterwards. They are very nice to work with."

"We met with Dwayne on a Wednesday (10/22) evening (he was on time - actually a little early for our appointment) to discuss what we wanted to have done. He had the bid to me the next day. I emailed and asked what their schedule was and he said we could be on schedule for the very next Monday (10/27) and we agreed to have the work done. I picked a paint color on Friday, emailed it to Dwayne, and he arrived on time on Monday at 8:00. He called when he was finished to say "have a look" see if there is anything further that you feel should be touched up, etc. I got home and you would have never really known he was there - other than the paint looked great. "Bill and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. They started by completely sanding the entire deck surface. Once they got the surface to where they wanted it they meticulously applied the first coat of stain/sealer. The results are stunning. My deck and stairs have never looked this good. "We were at first worried because it took a long time to get us on their calendar and we had paid 50% of job. They had originally promised about two weeks out but it was closer to a month. Deck looks nice overall -- some spots look a bit darker than others. I wasn't too happy with their washing technique since most of the windows below deck areas got quite a bit of streaking also -- they should have covered them up. Also, some areas under deck have stain drippings."

He installed 80' of cedar fencing and another 250' of wire fencing. When I wanted to add three more panels months later, he showed up when he said he would and knocked it out of the park. Can't say enough good things about his service and craftsmanship."

First, the reviews I read from various sources shows their quality is stellar; second, their color consultant spent the time necessary with me to choose the right color ( not included in the bid ). They spent two full days stripping the door of its old paint, and then prepping and applying primer and paint to the shingles and door. When all was done, I was amazed at how it turned out. The new accent colors added character to the house. Their workmanship is second to none with no flaws in the areas they painted. They even went as far as providing touch up to the trim where paint had chipped off over the years. When I'm ready for the house to be fully repainted, I now know who to turn to."
