"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of."

"Excelente work, all done in one day and it looks amazing. Complete satisfied."

"Perfect it came and fixed my horrible floor. It looks fantastic and plan on hiring them again to do the rest of our house's floors."

"This coming will defeat be my go to personnel. They were very knowledgeable about the products and process. They were on time to complete the job and they exceeded my expectations. The work was complete quickly and above standard. The work speaks for itself"

"Arrived on time with all materials needed to complete the projects. Worked consistently until projects were completed. Cleaned up project areas and maintained safety and professional services. Communication before project was very good."

"Eduardo and his team were great! They were courteous, patient, and made my idea come to life. My kitchen went from bland and boring, with no back splash, to a wow factor as soon as you enter the house. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done, they even swept the floor! If I had more tile to install, I'd contact these guys first."

"Very good. Informed us about arrival, how long job would take, and cleaned up after installation. Really helped us in a pinch and expect to use them again soon for other small projects."
