"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"<p>Very responsive, showed up when scheduled, communicated during the work, completed the work as agreed. Sent photos of the completed work.</p> <p>They removed a large brick chimney in the living area, repaired the dry wall ceiling, painted. Removed the external stack and repaired the roof to spec. Added a window in a bathroom, matched the 23 year old windows and trim perfectly to the balance of the home. When they left they had cleaned all debris, you would never know they were there (except for the excellent work.) They will be the first guys called the next time we need construction work. </p> <br />"

He even called to let me know that he was going to be a few minutes late. He was very thorough so we are confident that the source of the problem has been found and fixed. He did excellent, high quality work and was a VERY clean worker. The work took more than one day, but when he left you never would have known that he was here. He cleaned everything up completely every day.As I said before, the work is VERY high quality. We are extremely happy and felt that his pricing was more than fair. Jim also kept us updated on how things were going and if he found any additional problems. We already have Jim scheduled to come back to do some more work.We would highly recommend him!! <br />"
