"They employ some extremely skilled workers, one of which (Chuck), we were very impressed with. The only drawback seemed to be in their scheduling (seemed difficult to lock down a time/date at times), which maybe we just weren't used to since we are novices at home repair work. I think since our projects were smaller they squeezed us in between larger projects, which was fine, we just would've liked a bit more communication so we could plan around our work schedules accordingly. At the end of the day, the work we paid for was done well...but due to other factors we were left with a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths."

Chuck came out several times throughout the job to inspect, and even had them rip a few things back off and redo them. He also brought in a window wrap guy to help with that part since the main carpenter was a little inexperienced with it. They did a great job cleaning up around my house after as well."

"Got email from them same day asking for status of the house (empty or occupied). I had advised in the first email about the possible dates for repair and who lives in the house and their contact info. Either way, I haven't from them for 9 days, my wife and I called them several times. Finally they replied to call them, which we had done already, was advised that they will go to the house in Topeka, which they did on 12/09/2014. After looking at the repair options, they advised my daughter (who lives there) that they cannot repair the damage outside of the house with the amount provided in the coupon. I got an email from them on the 11th, called them and was advised that it will cost upwards of $500+ for the repair, which includes a window replacement, since they cannot use the window that is already there, (the repair is for the window sill, the wood is rotten). I was not prepared to spend that much, so since they cannot provide the service that I paid for, I would like my money back please. Thanks"
