"PBA did James Hardy fiber cement siding on my home. I directed them as to how I wanted the product installed as I had done my research on installing the siding. Carlos and Higor promised me that they would do a great job and I would be thrilled with the result. I work from home so I was there everyday during the prep and the installation of the siding. PBA's crew could not have been more cooperative and anxious to bend over backwards on every request I had and every detail. Originally the job was quoted as taking 3 to 4 weeks, but due to my constant supervision and requests the job took 8 weeks, including the new 6 inch gutters. The crew did arrive everyday and worked like a well oiled machine. I was very satisfied with their attitudes, because I put them through ****, and they took it in stride and never gave me a feeling that they were upset. The foreman would say "no problem". I did have an addon after the installation began. Higor gave me a very fair price for labor a material. I also wanted to mention that after the crew left I had some concerns. Carlos and Higor came out and spent the majority of the day on ladders making sure everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I didn't pay them a nickel until I was completely satisfied. Very happy with PBA and highly recommend them. One more thing. I had some issues with the new guttering installation. One issue I noticed a couple of months after the install was done and one I noticed several months (yes, months) after the install. I made a call and Higor and Carlos sent the gutter crew out within a day and made it right."

"Juan is the CEO. Juan and his crew went out of their way to ensure their work exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the solid recommendations they made on my siding, quality instillation, and attention to detail. Juan was on site every day. As I understand it he manages 4 crews so I was impressed he took such personal interest in inspecting work daily. Pro Home Exteriors replaced a good bit of siding and some trim with fiber cement trim which will not rot in the future. He also noticed a few small things and took care of them at no extra cost. the best complement I can pay him is that I will use Pro Home Exteriors again. High quality work at a fair price."

"Representative came to our house. Inspected and measured windows. He informed us of the various options. Very friendly and professional. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Half of the cost was expected at the time of the order. We had to wait over a month for the installation but were told that up front. Installation was done in that promised time frame. Day of installation, the worker explained what they would do and answered all questions. They were done in less than 2 hours which included a very good cleaning of the installation area and windows. I immediately noticed less noise and draft from the new windows. We were very pleased with the windows and the work."
