"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"HONEST and they do great work. As a snowbird you never know who to trust. I had 2 bids on my SMALL roof repair completed. The first bid was from Lines and Lundgreen the total was 3500.00. The second bid was from Davin S. Rich for 1500.00. I didn’t need a third bid because I already knew I had found an honest person in Davin. The work was completed ahead of schedule and they cleaned up perfectly. If you are a snowbird and are looking for someone honest search no further. Give them a call I don’t think you will be disappointed."

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"This firm is truly unusual! In reality my roofing job was a tough one. The home is ultra contemporary with a flat roof. Not only that, the 850 square feet of new roof they built flashing for and foamed had to be tied in to an older existing roof. As if that wasn't bad enough, the home sits on a 5 acre site and a non-driveway route across the desert had to be found because the driveway was too narrow with too many curves to accommodate their trucks. Before any bid, they came out to inspect the job, understood every cosmetic challenge and then responded quickly with a very competitive bid. Perhaps best of all, the job is beautiful. <br />"

"Lines and Lindgreen had originally roofed the house about 5 years ago. In Yuma we have really big winds sometimes and I live on top of a hill (this makes it impossible to shield from winds... I needed a repair (wind damage). They were very helpful on the phone and emailed me an estimate after they had a person go look at it (while I was at work). They not only repaired it so that it was invisible, they matched the 30 year shingles from stock (I could not have done this). They arrived precisely when they said they would and their estimate was spot on. Cannot recommend these people highly enough. <br />"

"GREAT! Mr. Jacuinde did a beautiful job putting a new roof on my patio. It has fared well through all the rain and looks fabulous. He also checked my entire roof to make sure there would be no leaks and cleared debris off the house roof without being asked to do so. Recently, I asked him to come take a look where one of my roof tiles had fallen down and another was loose. This was nowhere near the warranted work he did on my patio, but he fixed it gratis. I am very grateful to Mr. Jacuinde for his generosity and if I ever need roof work again, he will definitely be the one whom I hire for the work."

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Wellton, AZ

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
