"We were very happy with the work completed by Leon Home Repairs. They were efficient and thorough. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. The team had an excellent range of skills and knowledge to tackle the variety of work we needed them to do. We will definitely call Leon Home Repairs again if we need more work done in the future."

"Dave came at appointed time for estimate, carefully considered the job, and provided a very competitive quote. We hired him because of his readily apparent knowledge and experience with decks. Dave increased the framing of our deck from 10' x 12' to 12' x 16'. I did the demo of the old deck boards and railing and will complete the decking next month. The framing is solid and constructed to our intended design. Dave also put in the posts for the handrails. A very nice job! Dave is the best!"

His work ethic is his "tell" as is obvious from the pride he places in not only his work but also his profession as he strives for excellence. Our first project was outdoors on the patio and no sooner had he & his crew left, down came the rain. This is always a sign of a "good stranger" for me. The third project was indoors and ain't gonna lie, I was a bit surprised with not only his speed but also the end-product.
