"He was very accommodating with what happened at lowes. He got me out of a very serious situation and we are very grateful that he was able to to the installation of a gas stove as lowes installer did not want to do the job until after 8-6. I had no stove and Mr. Griffin save us. I will continue to have him back to do any plumbing issues I might have in the future. I would truly recommend him to anyone"

"Went extremely well. Jeff told me the options and talked me through each of them. Once decision was made, he scheduled everything and was done within a week. Removed old oil burner and tank. Installed new Rinnai combi unit, so now there was more room in basement for my clutter. He went above and beyond. Did such a good job, we hired him to redo our bathroom and received the same, excellent work. We will be keeping him on our speed dial for any other work that we will be doing in the future."

"Pete did an excellent job on our annual clean and check up for our mini-split ductless system."

"Excellent service! My new boiler was installed at the start of heat season and worked so efficiently this winter. Heritage worked with me throughout the install and follow up service process. I highly recommend them."

"Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

"The guys that came to install my air conditioning unit were professional. They were able to accomplish the project on schedule."
