I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

"I started by reaching out to a number of local roofing companies. In particular to a prior company I had used before Because of good experiences. Ultimately, I found out that the sales team at H&M was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was great. They worked with me to help me understand exactly what was going to happen. They helped me with my particular budget for the customizations that my roof needed (Including new flashing, and a new vent or two, and installing a solar roof vent). That being said, Jill did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was responsive, took her time and listened to my concerns and feedback. Ultimately, my roof looks great, the leak I was having from the flashing is gone, I now have solar power For my attic vent. Iâ m very happy with the way this turned out. Probably the biggest issue that I experienced was that I found that there was a language barrier between the labor force, and the sales side/operational side. My wife and I were under the impression that our carport roof would match the main roof In terms of color (black). Ultimately, A white roof was placed on the carport. Additionally, We had some wood rot that we wanted to have repaired, and we communicated that initially. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the areas in which there was wood rot had not been replaced, and the labor team had to come back out to fix much of it. When the project was done, we had a ton of leftover wood that I had painted to be hung up, but it ultimately was not part of the labor quote, and therefore they didnâ t touch it. (I made a cornhole set). In summary, The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and I loved working with Jill. But I do think that operation there could be some improvements. The roof looks great and the gutters are now seamless with gutter guard (no more gumballs)."

"We recently had our house siding repaired and painted by Siding Repair Systems. What an almost completely wonderful experience. More on the one major shortcoming in a minute. The project starts with a visit by Mike Hudson, the president. His onsite evaluation results in an exceptionally thorough estimate, complete with photos showing every side of the house, marked with indications of what they will be doing to correct every single defect as well as everything they will paint. For the homeowner, it could not be any easier or more exact. We hired them right away. The work was completed by Itamar's team. After an hour or so you learn how nice the workers are; after a day or two you begin to think of them as good friends. They work tirelessly, and quickly, yet still giving each task the time it deserves in order to be perfect in every way. They carefully removed all of the many cracked fiber cement boards, sanded all the blistered boards, and installed new boards with scarcely any noticeable nails. Then they applied high quality paint to the entire house, including all of color-faded fiber cement boards, giving the house a brand new appearance. The workers are excellent in all they do. They are courteous and thoughtful. They treat your property as though it was their own. It was nice having them on the job. The team as a whole is great, but Itamar is the most impressive, and his skills are clearly superb. His fantastic supervision really stands out. With Itamar in charge, this team of workers really excels. We feel confident that we picked the right company with the right people for this job. It's no wonder they have such a high rating with the Better Business Bureau. We enthusiastically recommend this company. The shortcoming is that they left the trash in a dumpster in front of our house for 8 days. It's incredible that a company would do such wonderful work and then end the effort on a sour note. I'd like to give the company only 3 stars for not removing the trash quickly, but that wouldn't be right. The work was so well done that they truly deserve 5 stars, if not more. Lastly, a few words on fiber cement siding. We live in a new urban community where all houses must have fiber cement siding. Almost a thousand houses in an extremely tight square mile area. It could easily be an interesting test bed for a study on the actual - not the advertised - reliability of fiber cement siding. Unfortunately, in this development many, many, many houses have had to have the fiber cement siding repaired or completely replaced. Some within the first year. It's clear that any homeowner with fiber cement siding needs a top-notch company like Siding Repair Systems ready to respond."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
