"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

I don't have to pay anything. If my refrigerator goes bye bye they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for year. They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it. "The only reason I wouldn’t recommend him is because he never told me the price he gave me changed and because he would work for 3 or 4 hours at a time wasting my time. I would prefer it if he would’ve work 2 whole days instead of a few hours a day instead of taking up nearly 5 days. He still didn’t finish but we were done with him."
