"Generally I've been very happy with the work. James listens & communicates well. His construction skill-set is strong and he knows his own strengths and weaknesses. He is very flexible regarding timing. He cleans up well after himself also. He prefers to work on an hourly basis and is slightly slower than I expected.  Since his hourly wage is at the high end for handyman type work ($40+/hour), that means I've ended up spending more than I originally budgeted for some of the projects. However, the quality is good so it feels worth the expense. He is honest and I trust him to be in my house when I'm not there -- he has done several projects in my home and never abused that trust."

"Everything worked out well. Patrick has a good feel for what he is doing when it comes to plumbing. He came to my home with the parts needed and went to work. He eliminated the amount of time that our water had to be shutdown and he was clean and neat during the installation. He also helped correct some other plumbing issues while he was at our home. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
