Get matched with top residential (interior space planner) designer in West Chicago, IL

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"AOM did a fantastic job! The workers were professional, polite and skilled! We would (and will) hire them again for other house projects!"

"I'll be using him to help design my bathrooms and 2nd/3rd bedrooms. He bring new ideas and doesn't hesitate to incorporate my ideas in his vision. I love working with him and his crew!"

"Jeff was extremely professional and well informed. I was buying a property in Chicago, Il, however I live in California, so his help was extremely valuable during the process of purchasing. He was able to guide me and negotiate a reasonable price for my condo as well as help direct me through the Chicago buying process. He was always responsive and provided details I would never have thought of. I recommend him highly! Thank you, Jeff!"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Rae Duncan is the most talented designer and phenomenal renovation partner with whom I have ever worked. My husband and I are working with Rae on a near complete gut rehab of a home we recently purchased and could not be happier with the results. First, she took the time to understand and help us refine our vision for the home and, after just one initial meeting in our new space, she was able to intuit and articulate how to make our vision a reality. Rae brings a deep and talented network of contractors and craftspeople to the fore to create truly custom spaces, within tight budgets and against tight timelines. And she does more than interior design; she creates transformative interior environments. I have worked with other designers, and none have worked as creatively and efficiently as Rae. She exhibits a rare brand of patience and empathy, expressing her creative vision and point of view while treating her clients as true partners in the design process. She also conceives of brilliant solutions to the design challenges inherent to older homes like the one we recently purchased and smaller spaces like the one she helped us stage and sell. Rae's spatial and aesthetic brilliance, coupled with her sensitivity and responsiveness to her clients' needs, make her a truly incredible designer. I would highly recommend working with Rae; she has truly transformed our space in a way we never could have imagined based on our experience with other designers, and helped transform our lives in the process!"

"Kris came out to inspect the work to be done and provided me a detailed estimate the next day. Since it was a partial re-tile and I had already found where to get the matching tiles, Kris gave me an idea how many tiles I would need. Kris is very friendly and explained in detail what work he would need to do. He was able to start work 2 days after I agreed to the estimate. The work was completed in 2 days, which was what he initially estimated. Kris is very professional and did an excellent job. His price is very reasonable. I highly recommend him."

"Ibro is the owner of Haris Inc and a great guy to work with. He gave a fair quote and worked with us as the scope of project changed around a bit. We designed the bathroom and kitchen with him. He paid a lot of attention to details and did an excellent job on both bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has turned out gorgeous and the three bathrooms that we remodeled are also looking amazing."

"We've been working with them for about 3-4 years. They have a keen eye for design. They are prompt. They are very good at protecting the furniture, stairs and flooring. They are very clean and clean up after themselves everyday. They are affordable for their skill set."
