Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in West Friendship, MD

"There are not enough superlatives to describe the wonderful work that JWHI did on our home. We called them in because our house desperately needed to be painted, some key exterior repairs were required, and the gutters needed to be replaced. Specifically, the paint on the brick exterior was dingy and badly flaking, the siding (wood) portion of the house had dry rot in places, one of the shutters had fallen off during a windstorm, and the wooden columns on the front porch had visible vertical cracks. Thomas Matamoros, Apolo Gonzalez, and the rest of the team did back-breaking work day after day, for several weeks, to address and remediate these and other issues. They power washed the exterior; expertly scraped and primed the surface to ensure it was properly prepared for painting; spent many laborious hours painstakingly repairing and repainting the columns and shutters; removed and replaced rotted wood where it existed, even in corners; communicated their progress after each workday; were extremely solicitous to make certain we were aware of and approved of the work that was being done; and, after doing a superb job painting the exterior, replaced the old, deteriorated gutters with beautiful shiny new ones. The house looks phenomenal! We are so appreciative of the thought, effort, and craftmanship Thomas and Apolo put into our home. Their work is of the highest quality, and we feel fortunate that JWHI assigned them to our project. We also appreciate that Assistant Project Manager Ever and Project Manager Cliff stopped by to offer insights and solicit feedback. We are so pleased to have worked with JWHI. The company has earned our family’s trust, and we recommend them without reservation."

"I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others—they are a top notch company that genuinely cares about their customers, and have very much deserved the strong ratings they have earned on this site and others. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"Micah and I spoke on Tuesday for a consultation about getting a possible siding replacement. The very next day, their sales representative Nic came by for an estimate and we ended up finding that a roof replacement was much more necessary than the siding. The process that began Tuesday ended on Thursday evening with a brand new roof. Jorge’s crew did excellent work and had the project finished by 4pm. They ensured that my yard was clear of any nails or debris, and took it all with them, which was highly appreciated. I’m very happy with the results, and I feel comfortable making this decision just in time for the winter storm that is looming."

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"It is such a refreshing experience working with Ben. From the very beginning, Ben goes above and beyond to explain in detail about the process of redoing my siding and of repairing my partial roof. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He showed me different samples for the siding and for the roofing and explained about each one of them. He offered to directly with my deal with my insurance company throughout the whole process and is still dealing with them to cover the cost for my entire roof as the color of the asphalt that has been repaired does not exactly matched the rest of the roofing. Excel only repaired my roof because my insurance company told Ben that they had to try to repair it first. I am very thankful and grateful for Ben hard work and the nice workers for doing a phenomenal job in a speedy manner. Thank you so much Will for being so patient and kind from getting paid from the insurance company. Thank you all so much! Best, Miranda"

"I can’t say enough good things about Casey and Kayla and their team! They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I understood all my options before starting. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the job. The new roof looks amazing. You can really tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. They also went above and beyond with Small details to make sure everything was perfect before they left. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely cares about their customers, look no further than Casey and Kayla’s team. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a full replacement. Again, thank you for making what could’ve been a stressful project such a smooth and positive experience."

"The driveway looks great. Skyline Construction Group DMV, LLC did a great job replacing the old driveway."

"We had a wonderful experience dealing with Ben Marshall. This father and son team repaired several areas of our aluminum siding and garage roof, replaced our gutters, added a leaf guard and painted the whole exterior of the house. They did a superb and efficient job. We are very pleased with the results."

"Nice experts and advisors. It was a pleasure dealing with them. My urgent needs were met, and siding panels replaced/repaired temporarily before tomorrow's expected rain. Thank you."

"I purchased a roof inspection and tune-up through Angie’s list. I was contacted quickly to set up the appointment and provided a reminder. The technician was Jim L. who was great! He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessary. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Jim L. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time. When the time comes to repair or replace the roof, we will definitely contact American Home Contractors! Thank you Jim L and American Home Contractors!"
