Everyone was very polite, and the crew worked efficiently, just like a team should. I have to say, that group of men worked very well together. Also, after the roof was done, the crew did their diligence to make sure everything was cleaned up. After the cleanup, AJ sat with us to close out everything and to make sure we were pleased with the job that was done. I highly recommend this company. Not once were we pressured into anything we didnâ t want. We were informed throughout the project of how things were going. The whole crew was polite and respectful. "I have been working with Featherfall Restoration and Casey Hale concerning roof hail and wind damage on my home since October, 2016. During this entire period Casey has taken the time to both educate my wife and I and explain to us the steps that would occur during the business of working with my insurance carrier to fix my roof. He has been nothing but professional through the entire process, stressing the strict adherence to making sure all repairs meet Missouri building code requirements . He has kept us informed as to when contractors would be at our home doing work and what they would be doing. He notified us of schedule changes in advance when necessary.
