"Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."

I had two projects identified to polish up the house in prep for sale (exterior paint and front porch) and Joe helped identify the things I needed to do to get the most return for the money at sale time. The teams were excellent - efficient, considerate, professional and delivered excellent results. It was easy to communicate with Joe - always returned texts and more often than not he anticipated my questions. Every job has its own contract with the work spelled out. No mystery as to where the money was being spent. Did I mention efficient? Work was done FAST. I feel lucky that Joe and his teams were available when I needed this work done."
