"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

Shawn, arrived on time, inspected our 22 year old garage door opener and clearly explained our options. As I expected, it didn’t make sense to repair the old garage door opener. "I fought and fought with my Insurance Company for over a year with no results. I needed a new roof due to hail damage. I found Mr. Brown's company and called. I immediately received a phone call asking how he can help. I told him my situation with the roof and the Insurance he made an appointment with me within 24 hours and he was out to our house and up on the roof (himself) marking it and taking photos. He said there was major hail damage. He sat at my kitchen table while I called my Insurance Company. Once I received a claim adjuster Mr. Brown took over. I never again had to speak to the Insurance Company. I no longer had that stress of fighting for what was rightfully due me. This was not done in one phone call it took several and Mr. Brown was with me every step of the way. He did not stop! He finally got a settlement for me (which I was not able to due for a year) and we made a schedule to have the roof done. He scheduled a date - the date came the crew was there and Mr. Brown was on-site. He started his crew and then would come back and check in. His crew were professional and respectful and did a fantastic job. I had a roof repaired by another company on my first house many years ago and until the day I sold that house I was still picking up roof material out of the shrubs. NOT with this crew. I never found any material anywhere. The roof was installed and done in the time Mr. Brown said it would be and there was nothing for us to clean up. I can not recommend Mr. Brown and P & G Property Solutions enough. If it weren't for Mr. Brown I would have had to pay for my roof or....I may still be fighting to get it replaced. I highly recommend his company. Mr. Brown is a total professional and if he says he is going to do something it is done. There is no follow up on your part. It's done! I like that and you don't find that too much anymore. NOT related to the roof but.....after the wonderful experience I had dealing with Mr. Brown I found out he also installs carpet. You guessed it. He was hired. Again, the quality of work was unbelievable. The crew was professional did a wonderful job and no clean up! Mr. Brown was on site during that job as well. So Yes I give his Company and A+ and I have already proven I will use him whenever the need arises. You won't be sorry hiring him."

"Prompt, professional and repairs look great.
Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!

"Extremely well! I used Jason Griggs and his small but scrappy crew to repaint the interior of a home I sold just prior to purchasing this new home. They did a tremendous job for me then, at a reasonable price, so I enlisted them for this larger, more difficult job. There was wallpaper to be removed and painted over, numerous drywall repairs, caulking, and generally a lot of prep work before the actual painting could begin. They also had to work in two different phases -- prep and paint the rooms that were not being remodeled, and wait for a couple months while other rooms were being remodeled, then come back and prep and paint those rooms. All in all, this spanned a period from October to January. They did their usual outstanding job! I am so happy I was able to secure their services again. Jason is a former engineer who pays keen attention to detail. He really takes pride in doing a high quality, thorough job and will do whatever it takes to walk away with a satisfied customer. He has a great customer service attitude and often agrees when you point a blemish out, saying they will quickly take care of it. He and his crews are very trustworthy. They earned my trust on my first job at the old house -- I let them come and go as they needed, while I was away at work. Same in this case; I allowed them full rein of the house, and did not do anything special to put things away. They really are that trustworthy! It's nice when you feel that trust with a service provider. They do quality work, aren't happy unless you're happy, will do whatever it takes to make you happy, treats your home and belongings with respect, and makes you feel like you're the customer and you come first! I cannot recommend them enough. If I were you and need some painting done, I'd call The Griggs Company. I know I will contact them for all my painting needs in the future."

"Brandon and his partner repaired our privacy vinyl fence and fence gate that for several years has been extremely hard to open. The vinyl fence had settled, over the years, and now had gaps where it should have been a tight privacy fence, and caused the gate to be very hard to open and close. Brandon did an excellent job removing the posts, re-cementing them into the ground, placing 4x4 wooden posts in the vinyl posts (that should have been placed when the fence was installed 9 years ago.) Our gate now opens without any difficulty, and the gaps are gone. I'm so glad we found Brandon, and look forward to calling on his company again for any future home repairs."
