"The KN Remodeling team did an excellent job at our home completely remodeling 3 bathrooms, painting our entire home and rebuilding a huge planter outside. We trusted them in our home while we are out of town almost the entire time. We hired them back to do additional work in our home that they did quickly and expertly. The team was professional, very friendly, worked quickly, quietly, cleanly, and I would highly recommend them."

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future."

"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. "HIC builders is a family owned company, and they did a terrific job at my house. We added an ADU above the garage, remodeled two bathrooms, and did other extensive work on the house. Abraham, the field manager, was responsive and available, flexible when plans needed to change to accommodate structural issues that we discover as the project progressed, and answered my endless questions. The workmen were always on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site every day before they left. "I couldn’t be happier with Amir, I am glad that I found him. I’ve been dealing with many contractors and they all have been unprofessional, dirty, and they slowly neglect the job to work elsewhere, leaving mine incomplete. I’ve had to be on top of them just to get the work done, they would usually show up when it was time to get paid. I had lost faith with all contractors, that is until I found Amir. He is the opposite of what I’ve dealt with, professional, to the point, honest and works cleanly. He recently paved a four garage driveway. He got the job done so quick, that my head still spinning, not only that, when I showed him the respective area, he took the measurements, got on his phone to run some numbers, and made an impromptu quote. We picked the dates and the job got done. No B.S. no chasing after Amir. DONE!!. He is currently working on a historical home for me. I will come back and add additional details about my experience with Amir once the whole job is completed, but, as of right now, I am extremely happy. The work is getting done, and quickly. The foundation work started with in a couple of days after we signed the contract. If this was a different contractor, I can positively say that I would still be waiting for the work to begin. If you want to have a horrible experience, do not hire Amir, because you will only have a good, professional experience. Amazing work Amir."
