"It was frustrating. I bought the service because of an Angie's List promotion. When I received the package I opened it and saw what it was and set it aside. I was very busy and planned to get to it in a few days. I had to go out of town for a few days, then I had a ridiculous string of bad luck with multiple car breakdowns. The lady was very rude and kept interrupting me saying the same things over and over like maybe I would finally understand if she kept repeating it. I understood the first time. She wouldn't listen to understand I didn't know about the deadline but now that I was made aware of it I would do the testing that day and ship it that day. What else could I do? That wasn't good enough she had to repeat her lecture a few more times. After sending it in I was told I would receive a text when it was complete and I would receive an email with results within a few days. After a month I called and the same lady answered. She claimed to have sent an email, but didn't know the date and told me to check my junk mail folder. I checked everywhere but had no record of it. I explained I hadn't received the text either, she had no response for that. So she sent an email while we were on the phone and I received it immediately. I printed out the results but without the proper training or experience in laboratory sciences it was basically useless."
