"They were team players, each one knew how to do all of the jobs. They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again."

"Home Valet Pros were responsive and professional, from the scheduler, to the estimator, and the workers. The workers were skilled. The primary challenges we had were around communication. (1)The scheduler booked me for two half days, but the workers arrived planning to be onsite for one full day. After a little back and forth with works and the supervisor, the workers agreed to leave and return as originally scheduled. It affected my own work schedule some. (2)Estimator came out and reviewed my request for 4 tasks (drywall, painting, door, shutters); he even took photos of each area of requested. I didn?t notice that the door didn?t make the contract, although the price was the same. Workers who came out, said they could not work on the door. (3) There was drywall dust left throughout the work area I guess because I didn?t explicitly ask for cleanup. I didn?t think to take photos until I was most of the way through my own cleanup."

"Ed with E&R Home Solutions was very easy to work with. All of the staff is professional. Inspection and proposal was completed in a timely manner. New roof was installed on date promised. They worked very hard to complete it within one-day, working into the late evening. Clean-up was okay, we do still find nails occasionally (work was completed approx. 2 months ago). I'm sure they did the best they could given the late time and poor lighting. Overall we are very happy with the work and will hire them again in the future if needed. He was able to come to my house the same day and it took about 10 minutes to load the fridge, get it up the stairs and out to his truck. Very courteous and professional.
