"Carl was great - highly recommend his services. I was on a tight time-table to get a laundry sink removed and pipes fixed ahead of other remodel work but he was flexible and fit me in. He was on time and completed the job with no surprises. My house is 57yrs old and pipes for washing machine were small and outdated - and also hadn't been used in years - he had to replace sections of the pipes and clear the lines and remove a very old utility sink. I always worry with these old houses that once they get in there it will be far worse than anticipated but Carl knew just what he was doing and the job went exactly as expected and cost as estimated. Carl is professional and friendly and was respectful of my home. He disposed of the utility sink which I didn't expect - thank you! I will use his services again and I recommend this company."

"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "After we purchased a house the kitchen faucet was non functional so we contacted New Flow Plumbing and Rooter. They were quickly able to determine the problem with the faucet and explained that it needed to be replaced. They also created a work around that allowed us to temporarily use the existing faucet. After a few days research we selected a replacement model for the faucet. New Flow Plumbing arrived a second time and because of their experience was able to quickly replace the faucet. If we have another plumbing problem in the future we would not hesitate to call New Flow Plumbing and Rooter again!"
