"It was great! The owner met us at our house and had a van full of flooring samples, literally thousands of them. We had the new flooring installed the week of Thanksgiving. The installers were fast, professional and very clean. They got the job done as promised and we are very pleased. We recommend these folks to everyone who is considering new flooring"

"We LOVE our backsplash that was installed by Melendez Tile Wood & Stone Installing. They were quick, professional and payed attention to small details. We highly recommend them!"

"Utah Flooring and Design provided the most competitive bid for the installation of vinyl plank flooring in our Park City UT condo. Cameron, the estimator, was spot-on with the quantity of materials procured with only a half-dozen planks left-over which we will keep incase a replacement is needed. And Mitch, the installer, was professional and fastâ ¦and our flooring looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you for helping us through a major home renovation project."

"Ours was actually a powder room remodel, of sorts. We had a water leak that had caused us to need to replace the floor, including 3 joist under the house. There was also some work to damaged Sheetrock on the bottom of the wall all the way around the room and the toilet flange. Preston and Allen were out on day one and got the work under the house completed and by the time they left for the day they had the floor in. Allen was back on day 2 and completed all of the work: dry wall, base boards, toilet flange, installed new VCP flooring, etc. Both of these guys were very professional. They came in, communicated what needed to be communicated, got to work, kept their work areas clean and in good shape, were always available and open to questions and gave great advice. Very well satisfied with their work and will use Cransten again when the need arises."

"In 5 years they have been the best of the total 4 people Ive tried. They always clean my carpets and my chairs in the medical clinic, and the waiting rooms, and also sells carpet tiles, home tile, and haves a great install crew, they are installing a vinyl flooring right now."

"The work was performed and completed in a timely manner, they were very professional and courteous, and I absolutely was not disappointed with the completed install. I plan on using them again for the excellent quality of work as well as the affordable pricing for their services. 10/10 would recommend."

"Excellent! Other handyman services I reached out to before had declined to do the work saying that the material was too delicate and they worried they couldn’t do it without damage. Tom came in and did an absolute beautiful job. He was very communicative with me as the property manager, as well as the owner of the home."
