Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in West Bloomfield, MI

"job done quickly and skillfully, and at a much lower cost than bids from other companies. I have also spent much time in a house they built, and several remodel and repairs jobs. They are very reliable, trustworthy and reasonablely priced. I highly recommend them!"

"Jim came out to look at our basement and within a week came back with ideas of how to dive the space among work areas family room storage areas and a bathroom. We loved his ideas and within a week he had a proposal for the work to be done, the time it would take, and the cost of the project. The entire project was done within the timeframe and we could not be happier! I would recommend Jim and his company for any renovation project. He is professional courteous and his attention to detail cannot be matched"

"Best renovation/construction project ever!  Such a beautiful outcome!  Received detailed/thorough estimate up front from Aaron Byer.  Bonus was working with a designer (Heidi Parris-recommended by Aaron) who helped provide support with esthetic decisions (cabinets, faucets and fixtures, lighting, counter tops, etc.)  Our project manager was Mike Baker and he went above and beyond to ensure our bathroon was perfect - good communication, professional, hard worker and knowledgeable.  Amazed that the dust was kept to a minimum during demolition, and he left the house everyday with it all neat and tidy.  He was a great liaison between us, Aaron and the subcontractors.  When we ran into a couple of hiccups (rotted floor, new tile person than original quoter), Swartz was fair and there was clear communication.  And the subcontractors with whom Swartz does business were amazing, too!  Their tile guy is an artist!  The electricians, drywallers and plumbers were great and made great suggestions.  The cabinets are fabulous - we were initially going to reface but wound up having to get new cabinets and these Pioneer cabinets are beautiful.  We found that Swartz was expensive, but you really do get what you pay for - the quality of our final product is wonderful!  And Heidi (the designer) was worth her weight in gold - I was overwhelmed with all the decisions and it was so nice to work with someone who had product resources (Advance Plumging and the Tile Shop in Farmington were her suggestions and we had success at both places; lighting ideas on-line; granite, etc) and solid ideas and suggestions.  I am grateful for everyone who had a hand in this project!
We worked with quality people, paid them accordingly, and we got a quality outcome!  I would use Swartz Builders and Heidi Parris again in a heartbeat!  I wish we had used them on earlier projects!!  I highly recommend their services.

"Joe has done work at our house twice now and we are talking with him about additional projects. He hung pictures for us, mirrors, did spackling and painting. We are now talking to him about adding flooring to our basement. We’ve been really happy with his work!"

"Brent Pierce was awesome! We put a giant window opening between our singing room and living room and put a marble counter top in. Brent also put up a wood mantle and laminate flooring. He was very committed to our projects and made sure everything was accurate before working. Our house looks amazing and our family and friends love our new renovation. We canâ t thank Brent enough!"

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."

"They did a really good job and they stand behind their work. The prices are competitive and they take pride in their work. I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. They also put in a new storm door and a garage side door that meant making a new doorway that's sealed properly. They answered all my questions and were respectful of the property"

"We had GMC scrape, caulk & paint the outside of our house, plus windows for a reasonable price. They showed up on time, we’re nice, pleasant & thorough. Work was very well done& they finished in a timely manner. We highly recommend GMC & will use them again for interior painting."
