"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"This is the second time we have had Perry Brothers Construction do work for us--and we will definitely use them again for upcoming projects. We are consistently impressed by Bill Perry's responsiveness. He is available during the planning stages, throughout the construction phase, and in the months following the work. I can't emphasize enough how much we value that level of communication when we are saving up money and investing in projects for our house and family. Bill helped us to bring our ideas to fruition, giving advice along the way about the best layout for the master bathroom. In addition, we were very pleased with the workers (Bralio, Tony, Scott, the two Mikes, and Kenny), who were always polite, courteous, and helpful. "Planning: We met with three contractors and reviewed small, medium and larger options for our existing space. Ryan from Norman Builders won us over with his confidence, organization and no problem attitude. Of course we had concerns and questions, but it was clear he had worked in colonial houses before. What really won us over was his excitement to do something different with our space. From day one, you could tell every detail of this job mattered as this was a new way to design a traditional space. His timelines, pricing and execution plan was clearly laid out. As a GC, he organized everyone from; designer, permits, dumpsters, demo, electric, plumbing, painters, floors, ceilings, etc. He would do it all. The Job: Completely gut our existing kitchen and formal dining room. Remove a wall and install a steal support beam. He'd then move the kitchen to the old dining space and make the old kitchen a common area with built in desk, bench and bar area. The dining room would then be moved to our four season bonus room. Floors, wall, ceilings all came down. All new plumbing and lighting throughout the first floor. Execution: I mean, its funny to say, but we miss these guys. They practically lived with us for the summer. Couldn’t have been better with our entire family (kids and dog included) Everyone was so respectful of world climate (summer of Corona) and space. Of course you need patience with the process. Timelines were clear and the job finished slightly ahead of schedule. In the End: I mean, wow. When we looked at the blueprint on day one, we legit thought they shared the wrong plans. We couldn’t imagine everything we wanted would fit. They nailed it. It’s a dream space for our family and we couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t recommend Ryan Norman Builders any higher. We can’t wait to have them back to work on the upstairs next."

"DiOrio builders did excellent basement work. Before DiOrio- my basement unusable, a dusty mess, the walls and ceiling peeling so bad, I couldn’t even walk in there without being covered in chalk. Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. "Mike and his company are phenomenal, and the people who work on his team care about the work they do. We had a large area excavated of trees and graded and then had the area completely paved. We also had cobble stones added surrounding the driveway as well as a parking area  made of stone. The work came out perfectly, and the paving surface was as smooth as could be. We love the finished solution, and made a ton of changes along the way which Mike and the team adopted and adjusted to with ease.
This company is extremely easy to do business with, and I highly recommend them for any paving, stone, and cobble stone work you may need them for!
