Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in West-boxford, MA

"Jeff Griffin really knows heating & plumbing! He also recommended 2 excellent 3rd-party companies: 1. Unlimited Removal and Demolition - to drain, cut up, & remove old oil tank; abate asbestos from, and remove, old boiler; remove oil filler pipes & patch foundation with cement 2. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. Bonuses: Sandy Griffin (with JGH&P), & Daniela Ibanez (with UR&D) provided excellent & timely email & phone support. 5 Stars all around!!"

"Jim Davis did an awesome job installing the water heater. He is clearly a very experienced plumber. He was very efficient and he left the area nice and clean. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber."

"Fantastic. Jeff is a pro. Installation went as described in both locations. He came back Immediately when I had a water gauge issue for my water meter ( installed 7 years ago) and replaced it on the spot. Jeff is professional, punctual, cleans up, old furnace removal and does great work. I’m very happy with my 2 new efficient heaters and hot water heaters! My heating costs are down substantially! I’m glad we chose Jeff."

"Arrived on time and did exactly the work agreed to for the agreed price. Took about an hour to exchange water heater. Very professional."

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"I cannot recommend these guys enough! I am not a patient person, when it comes to work on my house. They EXCEEDED my expectations! Their install was professional, well communicated, clean and efficient. Work was done while my twin babies were home, and they were incredibly accommodating. Their service people have been quick to reply to every question I have had after install was completed. I, honestly, will never have to shop around again - Comfort Professor will be my first and only call."

"These guys are great. Water heater broke and was leaking all over the cellar. They replaced my water heater and had everything done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again."

"Replacement was urged by technician after routine inspection of heating system. Water heater wasn't part of the service but, tech checked it anyway. Nice enough of him to do that. After showing me his concern (legitimate) I asked for a quote to replace. Outrageously expensive considering cost of materials. Later learned techs are incentivized to sell service and parts. Dropped them as my go to plumbing and heating guys. Water heater still working 3years after urgent replacement was quoted"

"Snaked main sewage drain and solved the water backup issue"

"Called Nick early Friday morning he was able to come out and complete the job of replacing water heater that day. I had a small issue after he left called and left a message he called back immediately and issue was rectified with in the hour. Great service! Efficient!"
