"We give Bel Island Five Stars for our house siding project with Hardy plank siding and Maibac shingles. When Andrei and his crew came to our house, they removed our old painted curling shakes and replaced them with beautiful Cape Cod grey Hardy plank siding on the front of the house, and Maibec shakes on the gables and kitchen entry way, with white Azak trim all around in less than a week. They replaced two windows with Harvey windows as well. The entire crew was respectful and tidy at the end of each day and cleaned up at the end of the job like they were not even there. The best thing was the price. Get three estimates, you will be shocked at Andrei's price. We got 4 prices and the closest to Andrei's was $15,000 more than his quote which he stuck to."

"I contracted Black Stallion Enterprises LLC to replace the roofs on two of my houses. The entire process from the initial estimate to completion was fair, easy, transparent, and professional. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. "We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! "Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."
