"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

"LJ R&R created a fabulous trex decking oasis for our home! Professional, courteous and dependable! 5 star for sure!"

"We are extremely happy with our new 468 sq. ft. Trex deck! Rob, Dylan and his team provided excellent communication throughout the project and handled all permits. We compared several quotes and found their pricing to be very competitive, providing outstanding value for the quality delivered. What impressed us even more was Dylan and his teams dedication and work ethic. They worked through two weeks of mid-90s temperatures in July while maintaining a positive attitude, staying on schedule, and never compromising on quality or attention to detail. Most importantly, the craftsmanship was exceptional. The attention to detail and quality of the finished deck are evident in every aspect of the work. Our new Trex deck and railing look fantastic and has completely transformed our outdoor living space. We highly recommend Bulldog Construction to anyone considering a deck project. Their commitment to customer satisfaction made this a positive experience! (Trex Color: Toasted Sand)"

"We had a great experience with this company repairing our deck. They were professional, quick, and efficient, and their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. The finished result looks fantastic. We highly recommend them to anyone needing deck repairs or outdoor work!"

"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"Deck surgeon was always very communicative about what the next steps were. We had a tiny deck removed and a new one put on. We told deck surgeon that the back door was the only way our three dogs had access to the back yard so he made sure that they always had a way to go out, wether it was make shift steps or a ramp. I am an architect and his is one of the nicest, most honest contractors I’ve worked with."

"Rob did a fantastic job on our recent deck project, which involved resurfacing our existing deck and adding a massive extension with new steps and built-in storage underneath the steps. Rob is highly professional, takes immense pride in his craft, and left the workspace clean and tidy every single day. When unexpected changes or issues arose, he communicated them immediately and proactively offered practical solutions to keep the project moving forward on schedule. I highly recommend him!"
