"I just purchased my first home. As with any home, there are always issues that crop up. After we had our washer and drier installed, we noticed that there was a backfill/flooding issue whenever a toilet, shower, or sink was used. I called H L Bowman after searching Angie's List for services in the area. The soonest a tech could come out would be next day (Wednesday, of this writing). I received a call the next day advising that a technician was on their way. Jeff arrived at my door and was absolutely professional, courteous and tireless in identifying the problem, and making sure it was resolved properly. As it turned out, during the reconstruction of this house, a kick cap from the installation of a toilet, fell down the sewer line and caused a blockage. Jeff used pretty much every tool in his truck to resolve and fix the blockage. Absolutely job well done. Aside from some remaining standing water from my shoddy attempts at repair at 2 in the morning, we have no NEW water - and every faucet, spigot and piece of plumbing works flawlessly.
