We had carpet ripped out and hardwood installed - We also had some old hardwood ripped out and replaced with hardwood. LLB was excellent. Floors look great and have been holding up well so far. "I had a carpet that had been ruined by my movers when they got it wet on its way to storage and allowed to sit in the storage facility for 6 weeks without drying it out. When I unrolled my carpet it was covered in mold. Tribal loom was able to pick up the rug within 2 hours of my calling them. A week later they returned it to me mold free. Unfortunately they were unable to repair all the damage as the excessive moisture had resulted in dye run; however they prepared an official appraisal for me to present to the insurance company. All of this was done with in 1 week and included door to door service. I would use this company again and will recommend them to anyone who asks. <br />"
