He was very prompt, quickly stopped by to look at the problem and available siding pieces, sent me a very reasonable proposal for the job and did the repairs during the break between Christmas and New Year. It's a small job, and I was very skeptical that Paul would handle it right away, but he did fix everything and even repaired another damage to the siding free of charge! They also removed a wall/window AC unit and installed window, complete with beautiful new trim around the window. They had to remove siding and cut through the exterior wall of the house to enlarge the opening for the new window. The finished job looks beautiful."
