"Great customer service. Sewer line needed repair and all options were quoted in a timely manner. The option I chose was agreed to but couldn't be implemented due to configuration of pipe, while disappointing, the price quoted for this option was used as baseline for option that could be done. Additional time was taken by Mr. Rooter team to review appropriate option to be implemented. Permits were obtained in short order and the work done. Several appointments were required and all were kept on time. The Mr. Rooter employees were polite, professional and committed to providing the best possible solution. If the need arises, I would use their services again and recommend them to others as well. "Originally they thought they would have to open up the wall in our living room (we had just remodeled it a few months earlier, and did not look forward to that. However, after removing the upstairs sink/vanity and opening that area, they found a way to run the new lines without opening the living room wall. They did have to open the main floor wall behind the stove. Pete and Anthony were the two servicemen and both were very professional and friendly. It was pretty much an all day job, but the results were great with minimal tear out. Since they are plumbers, they do not do the drywall or flooring work needed to put things back.( We are using Angie's list for that also. We would definitely recommend and use Easreday again. Kudos to Pete and Anthony for a great job. BTW, they came in at the low estimate, we are happy cam pets! <br />"

"All of the jobs came out excellent and he tagged all the lines he touched for future identification. The soldering connections were clean and smooth and the jobs were all done in a little over an hour. The pipes were secured with new hangers and no longer vibrate or move loosely. "Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about Drainage Pros. They are professional, competitively priced, trustworthy, and - most importantly - excellent at what they do. <br /> We moved into a 1920s home with major drainage problems. Four of the six original underground drains that collected water from the downspouts were nonfunctional. Our home also sat low on the property, and when it rained water flowed across our driveway, over the patio, and into our basement by seeping over the foundation. They ran the pipe under two bluestone patios and walkways, all of which they reset carefully. They connected the pipe to our main sewer line, which required six foot plus excavations. Lastly, they reseeded the lawn (which returned nicely), and basically restored the grounds to their original condition. The paving company they coordinated with was also excellent, and they worked hard at communicating with each other to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. <br /> Personally, what I most appreciated about working with Drainage Pros is that AJ did not trouble us with all of the things that could possibly go wrong while performing such a major job like excavating and tapping into the main sewer line. He simply assured us calmly and professionally that he and his team could do the job, and they did. Perfectly. <br /> We had previously discussed the job with a completely different (and also highly rated) contractor who appeared flustered by our drainage issues and, after charging us >$1,000 for an assessment and cleaning, was unable to offer us a written proposal or estimate without further ?diagnostics?. Do not waste your time and money, like we did. "It was quite a bit of money. They did a wonderful job. I think the price was reasonable for all of the time they put in here. They were here several days. They were very accommodating. They moved things out of the way, and put them back the way they were. They had to come back to do that. I was very happy with it. They came right away. I would definitely use them again. There was a variety of people that came. Originally there was one person that got the drain open. Then there were four people that came in to wash and sanitize. There was another person that did some drain work again. There was another one who came in to check on the work. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction. It took them almost a week because they had to put in heavy duty dryers, and they had to come back and check on those. Whatever they removed that was damaged, they just took it with them and I didn't have to worry about disposing it. They were all very professional. They all had nice, clean uniforms on. They were very helpful with whatever I wanted done. They were very agreeable. They tried to help me in every way that they could. It was quite a shock. They left the area very good. My first impression of them was very good. It happened late in the day and the first fellow that came here was here for five hours until late in the night. He made sure I could to use the facilities."

"It was pricey, but there were two people working. They do a nice job. The workers are primarily newcomers to the country, so there is a language barrier. I didn't have the same people each time, so I had to explain each time what I wanted done. When you have the same people, then they know what you want in your house. That was understandable because I am not a regular. I do it periodically, not every week or something, so they plug in whoever they can. You have to schedule way ahead of time to get an appointment, as they are very busy. I am not on the priority list because I am not a regular, but they are on time for work, work hard, and are honest."
