"In July of 2020 Affordable Concrete Raising lifted up a 5ft x 10ft section of our patio concrete, which was slanted toward our house. We are delighted with their work! Ron was very professional and informative when he came to look at our patio and give us an estimate. The work crew arrived on time, were very careful to make sure that the rising concrete cleared the edge of our concrete stoop, and cleaned up afterwards. They even succeeded in freeing up the post of a metal railing so the concrete could rise around it and we wouldn't need to replace the railing. Their price was very competitive ($700) and our experience was positive from start to finish."

"The job started early April 19, 2019 and continued all day. The rough surfaced concrete needed to be ground smooth with a diamond tooled walk behind grinder. A number of surface cracks had to be opened, filled with polyurea patch, and ground smooth. This phase took half the day. An epoxy base coat was rolled on. Colored poly flakes were immediately broadcast over the wet epoxy. After this first coating dried, a sun proof polyaspartic topcoat was applied. Nothing was damaged and all materials were properly disposed. Job Price - $1600."

"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."

"It went great. We were on a somewhat shor time frame and Roger committed to getting us in within a week. He did just that despite the large amount of rain we had we were only put off one day. Once they arrived we walked the property and Roger explained exactly what they would do and even pointed out additional items they would do to make it look perfect. The entire crew was extremely nice and very professional. They worked right up until it down poured and lightening - a bit longer than I felt comfortable. They completed and exceeded my expectations! "Highly recommended.  We had a rodent problem in the crawl space due to a gap in our foundation which communicated with the garage.  This also allowed freezing air in.  Jason came out promptly and gave me an estimate.  He was very honest in his assessment and a competitive price in comparison to other estimates.  
His crew came out and banged out the project around our schedule.  He even gave us real time updates via text of their progress and when it would be safe for us and the kids to return home.  
After installation, we noticed a small water leak from a pipe.  Jason responded immediately to our texts and scheduled to come investigate the problem to see if it was related to a vent he placed for conditioning (which it was not but a small leak we had the entire time!).  
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company due to their excellent customer service and quality/pride in their work.  Avoid the 'big businesses' and go with these guys.  Also, our 1st floor kitchen in den are much warmer and there has been zero rodent activity!
