Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. "They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. I was glad I had it done, because Nikko showed me a nasty root inside the sewer line. Once he chopped up the root, the water that was held back could now flow freely through the pipe once again. Nikko found one more root and chopped that up too. Then he checked the drain one last time and when he saw there were no more roots he cleaned up and put his tools back in his truck.
