"My old kitchen faucet was leaking and bought replacement faucet at a big box hardware awhile back and looking for a pro to install. Made arrangements with another company that offered coupon via Angi but was not provided up front pricing on the install, just the cost of visit. When the pro arrived, they sized me up and asked $500 for the install after getting the foot in the door. I declined and he contacted his dispatcher and lowered the amount somewhat but I still declined and indicated I'll just pay for the visit. The pro knew I wasn't down with their pricing game and was straight up and waived the fee for visit. Then made arrangement with a different big box hardware that offers installation with independent contractors with up front pricing and purchased a better kitchen faucet. Was supposed to get a call from the contractor shortly prior to appointment but never got a call nor did they respond to email and my call to them. Once the contractor was revealed to me after scheduling the installation, I did an online search and the review suggested this pro was known for not following up on calls or appointments. After the scheduled date and time passed and a no show, I rescheduled for another installer with the big box but then contacted BRH just in case. They offered to do the job for half the cost of the big box contractor and I scheduled the install with BRH, then cancelled with the big box. Keri from BRH showed up promptly at the scheduled time and was in and out in less than an hour. My new kitchen faucet runs fine and no more leak."

I initially hired all season’s renovation for a kitchen remodel to install new cabinets and countertops, but I was referred to them by a friend who got their flooring done a few months ago and said nothing but great things about them, My wife and I really like their floor when we visit. "Called Nino's Tile after deciding I was going to replace my bathroom floor. My mother in law got a beautiful kitchen floor job done from them so she highly recommended them to me. I was not disappointed. They were prompt, professional and the attention to detail was outstanding. They truly are masters of their craft. They went over everything with me from picking the right kind of tile to which grout and color is best in the room. There were quite a few difficult angles and they made everything so clean and symmetrical. I knew replacing the flooring would make the room look better, but it came out even better than I expected. Would definitely recommend and will call Nino's when its time to replace other flooring!"
