"I hired Moving APT early last year when I relocated for work. The move was approximately, an 8-hour drive away from my home. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. I would consider the cost of the move fair as it was booked a few weeks out. The only two issues I had were that the movers arrived a day later than I requested. Because of this, I had to stay in a hotel. Also, my boxspring arrived with a hole in it. Basic insurance was included in the cost of my move and customer service kindly expedited payment to me. I have hired other companies for long distance moves in the past and out of all of them, I had the best experience with Moving APT."

As they were the only ones to let me know the extra charges for wrapping my TVs, Mirrors , China Hutch, which none of the other moving company mentioned! The guys who picked me up were VERY professional all in Uniform and all employed by Top Tier Van Lines! The Foreman Alfonzo was Great as well as my Moving coordinator Brian was there for me from start to finish! Im Very Pleased with the overall move. "The initial quote was a good one. The initial deposit payment process I was skeptical about, because, they use a payment system called Plaid, which requires you to pay using your bank account number, after doing my research, I found that Plaid was legit, then WorldClass made it easier for me to pay my initial deposit. The WorldClass Moving storage guys came out to pick up my furniture as planned. Once they picked up, I was able to pay by Zelle. The moving coordinators Janice,Sarah and Don were all very polite and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they give more reminders of your appointed move date and an ETA on the before or day of your move. Otherwise, so far I have no complaints, looking to receive my furniture arrive at its destination in a couple of weeks. I'll do another review of the final move transport process."

"My initial contact with J&H for a quote were very professional. I had no experience in moving, let alone an out of state move. Justin was very clear as to the estimate provided and helped me select from various quotes I received. Justin stressed what made J&H different than most movers. I selected J&H and Iâ m glad I did. I believe this was a particularly difficult move. The difficulty was compounded by COVID and the social unrest. Also some of the massive furniture we had to move from various levels. As could be expected, there was some damage to a couple of items. Considering the amount of furniture/boxes that were moved, this seemed relatively minor. Customer service (Justin and Jack) were very responsive to remediating the damage and being fair in compensating us for the damage. J&H went above and beyond in making us satisfied with the move. I highly recommend this company for any move, large or small. The personal touches made all the difference."
