They gave me an estimate before they began work and that is what I ultimately paid. "Called because of issues with slow draining and gurgling toilets the came and pumped, shortly after there was water backing up into my crawl space. When I called back and asked of they had checked the lines for blockage they told me to get a plumber (they had not checked for blockage as they should have, which was confirmed by plumber). When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it."
