If it wasn't for some missing parts, they would have finished in less than a week! We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. "I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."
