"We were hoping to get an early start on building out a new deck overlooking our yard. Michael came out a day after reaching out to contractors and had a quote for me by the end of the week - much faster (and better value!) than the other quotes I found. Our expectations were set knowing it might be a month or so before we got materials and a completed deck, but after a week and a half they were already building! If it wasn't for some missing parts, they would have finished in less than a week! We couldn't be more happy with our new deck and have already been taking advantage of every warm day to hang out and grill. Greate job!"

"Look no further! J.P. Doherty is the ideal contractor to work with on your next project. Professional, outstanding quality and attention to detail, cleans-up each day and communicates very well every step of the project. We just completed a large project replacing all of our windows and siding and couldn't be more pleased with the process or the outcome. Great value for the excellent results! Sounds too good to be true. But they're the real deal."

"We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

"Needed to replace deck boards and convert a two-level deck to one level. Conversion was also going to Trex materials. Tim walked through all options and ideas and was able to include a new staircase to access the deck.. During work, he was very responsive and communicated well especially upon inspection that not only did entire deck need to be rebuilt from footing up but the sill require some work as well.. Tim and his crew were very professional, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Time line was accurate and we've been enjoying our new deck"

I will definitely reach out to CP construction in the future."

"T.J installed our new entrance door 2/28/21. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. T.J and Joe did an excellent job from start to finish. We will be replacing our deck at some point and already told T.J. the job is his."

"Matt was excellent! He cleaned, sanded, and painted\sealed our large deck. His attention to detail was outstanding. He arrived on time for each of his scheduled visits, he did a great job with cleaning up when he was done, and ultimately, did a terrific job in making our old deck look like it was new. And needless to say, his work is holding up well, despite the various and sometimes harsh weather conditions. I would definitely hire him again and I would highly recommend him."

"Paul and his crew have been excellent .. On time , a fair price with top notch workmanship . I will be using them again and would highly recommend Paul for any renovation or roofing task."
