He finished some earlier appointments faster than anticipated so arrived before 10 am the same day. He found the baffle cover quickly based on orientation of tank cover that I had dug up and the inlet pipe coming from the house (no unnecessary digging in cold weather). Saw the clog right away so cleared that out and scraped down sides of grease and other items that had adhered to wall. Since everything was open, asked him to pump tank.
