Igor's Construction was born out of a IGOR's Siding, registered by the owner in 2003 in Philadelphia, PA, initially specializing in remodeling and siding installation or removal. As the company grew, adding up years of experience, our area of specialty expanded accordingly. Realizing that while covering different areas of the construction business, the need for a change of name became more appropriate. As the economy of our country began to struggle, so did the homeowner. Realizing that the energy preservation, weatherization and appearance of environmentally friendly products was the cue for the modern home improvement practices, Igor's Construction has adapted accordingly. In a decade of doing business, we are proud to state that we have not had a dissatisfied customer.

His team showed up on time and worked 12 hour days to get our job done in between rain storms (I was also impressed that they took legally required breaks). The job was finished in the time frame that Igor promised and looks great. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions.
