He figured out what was needed. We set up a time . He called before he came to check that Iâ d be there. It was an old door and lock . He was able to successfully install a new lock . He explained everything he was doing. Asked to check our backdoor to make sure everything was okay. His price was very reasonable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant, and didnâ t rush. "Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

"I purchased a replacement storm door but once I opened it up and looked at all the measuring, drilling needed I decided to give Dave a call.  He had done some handyman work for me before and did a great job then also.  He gives good advice and will answer any questions you have about items around your home.   The molding around the storm door had rotted some also and per Dave's recommendation he replaced it with plastic molding that looked great but would last much longer.  I will use him again the next time I need to do any type of "Handyman" job I don't want to or can't do myself."
