"Excellent. It started with the phone call to Aaron. He took the time over the phone to thoroughly explain what they would do and pricing. This made me feel very comfortable. I asked why there are so many cheaper deals out there and he explained nicely that some might not be legitimate deals so he suggested I use caution. The cleaners Mickey and Eric were great. They called 30 minutes before they were to come at 9AM. Showed up a few minutes early, started on time and finished before the estimated time. (9am to 12pm since we have no basement but a 2 story). They reviewed the pricing and what the total would be before they got started. Very polite, professional, funny and cleaned up so you could not notice they were here. They explained procedures along the way.They even took all the equipement outside once they were done to load later because at 12 I had a phone conference. This way it would not be noisy.
