"I needed to repair some foundation cracks at my home and Andi smart renovation did great job. First they cleaned out the crack area completely removing all dust and loose concrete. Then they opened the crack slightly to make sure the repair matrial could go deep inside for a solid bond. After the repair cured they waterproofed the area with foundation coating to prevent moisture from coming through again. Everything was done carefully and professionally from preparation to cleanup. I recommend them for any foundation repair work they know exactly what they?re doing and take pride in doing it right."

They installed a basement drainage system in an old leaky basement and a dirt floor crawl space encapsulation system where mold had grown. Our home was built in 1959. After several major rainstorms and four winter/spring months of time passing, all is perfectly dry and the obnoxious smell is gone!!
