"Did a great job on the floors. Was not pleased with how they prepped the house for sanding. Did not cover shelving, cabinets and appliances very well. I would suggest overseeing the covering of everything prior to sanding."

"I was very impressed with David's responsiveness and every member of his crew was a pleasure. They completely removed the kitchen floor (and several layers of subfloor) in my 100+ year-old home, made repairs to floor joists and installed new flooring that looks beautiful. It was an evolving project and I appreciated the team's flexibility and speed with which they completed the project."

"Very professional. Installed a floating vinyl floor in the basement. Looks great."

"Andi Smart Renovation rebuilt our rotted deck and staircase. They also poured a concrete landing for the stairs and added two cement steps. We found their work to be superior. They are talented carpenters. They gave us an on the spot quote, which we felt was fair, after getting other quotes. What really sold us was the friendly, no pressure style which came across we will be using them for other projects around the house and highly recommend them. Thank you!"
