"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"The owner visited our home personally (with samples of everything) and sent out materials concerning the options available in advance so that we could begin to familiarize ourselves with the product line. We chose a variety of window treatments; some room darkening for instance, others not, some light filtering, some (bathrooms) mildew resistant. The installation was smooth and in advance of the holidays as promised. The only problem we had was with the room darkening shades in the master bedroom. Each of those blinds was replaced without question and in a timely fashion.
